We collect information that you provide to us directly, such as your Google account information (name, email) when you sign in. We also store the data you create within the app, including mood entries and journal entries.

Data Security & Encryption

Your privacy is our top priority. Your journal entries are end-to-end encrypted using the Web Crypto API. This means your private thoughts are encrypted on your device before they are sent to our servers and can only be decrypted by you, on your device, when you are logged in. We do not have the ability to read your encrypted journal entries.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the Koru application, provide you with its features (like mood tracking and journaling), and to personalize your experience. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
